Gary Walker
President & CTO
Gary Walker brings a rich history of 20+ years of IT experience to IRP Solutions. He most recently served in technology leadership roles as a consultant with companies such as Xcel Energy and Kaiser Permanente. Prior to these roles he was the CTO at M3 Publishing, a media technology company providing corporate communications software to Fortune 1000 companies. As CTO he was respnsible for the strategic direction of the company's offerings, directed the architecture, implementation and roll out of the company's products to its global customers. Gary graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Computer Science.
David Banks
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Banks is responsible for overseeing IRP Solutions internal operations, including finance, information technology, and human resources. Mr. Banks manages and coordinates all business activities associated with IRPs accounting and legal professional service partners. Mr. Banks has personally developed several major client relationships at the federal, state and local level and established IRPs Law Enforcement Advisory Board and Investigations Center of Excellence.
Prior to IRP Solutions, Mr. Banks served 11 years as the Chairman of the Board & CEO for a non-profit corporation where he managed business and financial operations with budgets upwards of $500,000. Mr. Banks has 14 years of information technology experience, including Big 4 consulting with Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Mr. Banks has held positions of Director of Information Technology, Corporate Data Manager, Enterprise Data Architect and Database Administrator.
Ken Barnes
Chief Information Officer
Ken Barnes brings with him over 11+ years of experience to the IRP Solutions team. That experience includes information systems management and support, software development, and systems integration and architecture. Ken has lent his expertise to such corporations as Cendant, Merkle, Great West Life, and Comcast Communications. Ken brings to the team his experience and unique insight heading the IT direction for IRP Solutions.
Sam Thurman
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Sam Thurman brings over 25 years of business, technology, and military experience to IRP Solutions. He most recently served in senior project management/leadership roles as an IT consultant with companies such as Verizon Business, Taylor Corporation, CurrentUSA Inc, and National CineMedia. Prior to these roles he was a sales/marketing media consultant for Raycom Media. He brings a unique blend of skill sets encompassing business analysis, project management and software implementation methodologies.
Sam graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Journalism/Mass Communications.
Clinton Stewart
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Stewart manages and directs all business development and corporate partnering aspects of the company. He is responsible to devise a strategy for exploring potential uses for the company's products, services and technology, help negotiate business transactions, and create strong partnerships. He also spearheads the formulation of the business development strategy for the company's products and services in all lines of business.
Mr. Stewart has extensive experience in leading and developing federal, state, and local government engineering documentation, and proposal development activities for large-scale systems and platforms namely; aerospace systems, telecoms billing systems, embedded security systems, command & control systems, video systems, and collaborative computing systems. Mr. Stewart is responsible for IRP Solutions partnerships with the IJIS (Integrated Justice Information Systems) Institute, IHIA (International Homicide Investigators Association) and IACP (International Association of the Chief of Police).
David Zirpolo
Vice President of Professional Services
Mr. Zirpolo is responsible for the overall direction of IRPs professional services initiatives. Mr. Zirpolo spearheads the company's installation, consulting and custom development teams. He is a key contributor in help to shape corporate strategies and overall company direction and create meaningful solutions that satisfy client objectives and vision; as well as develop and enhance the consulting framework for technology services.
Mr. Zirpolo is a 21 year veteran of business and technical consulting arena. Prior to joining IRP, David has held management positions in information technology, specializing in the service and delivery of Internet and Electronic Commerce solutions and improving the use of technology in business. In addition to technical consulting, David has provided business consulting and business practice reengineering expertise to public and private retail/wholesale organizations whose annual revenues up to and exceed one billion dollars. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University .
